While searching the internet for help with my sunlight sauna, I found this site but did not call until Monday morning, after trying to reach sunlight in the U.S.A..I was really surprised to have a real person answer the phone and to actually help me with my problem. I did not buy my sauna from this company but I did reach out from NEVADA and Gerry, helped me. He took the time to answer my questions and determined what it was that I needed, and told me what the error code ( E1) stood for , and what replacement part I would need. The
unit went together fast & easy...got all the electrical hooked up including
the stereo. Had my first sauna & I LOVE IT...as far as I know
everything works well...the inside panel seems a little slow to react, but could
be just me.
Thank you so much for your time and keeping me focused on quality, the sauna is fantastic, fits in the space I created very well & I am SUPER glad I got the Signature II.

sauna arrived on Friday morning and Friday evening we were enjoying
our first sauna. All I can say is WOW! Your service was first
rate, We really appreciated your updates as to the progress of the
shipment, what to expect upon arrival and tips on enjoying the sauna experience.
The
sauna arrived one week to the day of ordering, which was a great surprise.
The trucking company was friendly and helpful and there wasn't a mark on
the sauna.

just received our new sauna (2 person cedar) and installed it May 5 and we are
loving it. We live in London, Ontario and have been looking at saunas for
sometime. It seems that we were being told to wait for a reason. Now we feel we
found THE BEST. It is truly amazing. It will be especially delightful on our
cold winter nights.

I purchased the Solo system sauna one month ago. I just want everyone too know
that this is the most powerful infrared sauna I have ever been in. I have tried
many infrared wooden saunas out over the years and there is just no comparison
to the Solo System. I lie down in there and begin sweating within 5 minutes. If
I want to really experience the health benefits of the heat (hyperthermia) and
the far-infrared rays I turn up the level to 7, 8 or 9 (the max is 150 degrees F). But I
also have the option to turn the temperature down when I get too over heated.
Other benefits include being able to breathe room temperature air and being able
to lie down while getting a treatment. I always found wooden saunas to be
uncomfortable. Many doctors only advocate medications instead of preventative
treatments or therapies. So just because your doctor doesn't recommend this or
any other sauna doesn't mean it's not essential to recovery from illness or just
maintaining good health. I have been suffering with Lyme disease for 17 years,
been through 4 motor vehicle accidents (I wasn't at fault trust me, lol) and
thanks to Sunlight saunas I am now 10% better in only 1 month!

The second box finally came in on Friday and was delivered approx. 3pm. - no damage. I had it assembled on Saturday morning and had my first sauna on Sunday afternoon. I had no problem staying in for 1/2 hour. I have to keep going into the room it is in to make sure it is still there! It is a beautiful piece of furniture and look forward to better health because of it. Thank you for all your help. I have a couple of people who want to come and see it and will steer them your way if they are interested.

I called this morning and talked to Patty, sorry I missed you. I wanted to personally tell you how great the Sunlight Sauna experience is. My wife and I hooked it up yesterday and had our first sauna, it was wonderful we both really enjoyed the experience. The size of the unit is just right, very very easy to assemble. I mentioned to Patty that I did not think the MP3 jack was working, I was wrong it is working fine...I just didn't push the plug in completely...I have learned to be gentle with certain things.
Believe me I looked at a lot of infrared saunas and I do believe we bought the best one...you were right. I can see why you carry this line...Thanks again for the excellent communications and patience in me asking some tough questions....I will tell everyone about the product and where they can buy it. ..have a great day...

enjoying the sauna very much. I love it. I could not stand the regular saunas,
because I felt claustrophobic, but with this sauna I sit, relax, listen to music
and read. Sometimes I'm in there
for an hour at a time. I've noticed it helps me with my back pain, and my
complexion, is great. I actually get compliments from my friends. I also had a
problem with my skin, some sort of allergy, which the doctors could not figure

Just thought that I would touch base with you. Still, personally and professionally enjoying the benefits of the sauna unit.
I
have probably done over 200 people (some of course repeats) roughly doing
5-10 sauna treatments a week...(1/2
hour - and then either massage or reflexology)
To date:
1 client's blood pressure the lowest in 10 years (on medication)
7 clients female that is reporting less frequent hot flashes and menopausal symptoms
2 clients with lung issues i.e. asthma, infection ....feeling positive effects of treatments.
Most of my clients have a general feeling of wellness after the saunas...
Most are coming 1 or twice a month. Some every week!!
Numerous more with benefits...can't think of them now... I am truly in an infancy stage of the benefits...since I have only had it for 6 months.
I've also had a couple of women coming for weight loss. they are also doing other things to help...according to their naturopathic doctor their water retention is on the outside of their cells , (according to their body fat index).. So we are hoping that the regular saunaing will induce sweating...one thing I have noticed is that both these women don't sweat easily...it took about 6 treatments...
I am getting referrals now for the sauna...trying to convince some to make a purchase...I'll keep you posted...

On a personal note, last week I ended up in hospital because of a back spasm.... anyway they really did not do much for me at the hospital except drug me up...so when I came home I was using the sauna bed...for 3 days of intense heat...and some cold therapy too (ice pack).. I truly feel that the sauna is what had me up and running again after being flat on my back for 5 days... every chance I get I use it at work so I am saunaing about 3 times a week...

I have no problem with your request. I am very confident about the benefits of what the sauna treatments are doing for my clients (otherwise they would not be coming back) I don't think people realize that a simple treatment of sweating can be so beneficial for them...so once they are convinced into a few treatments they really find that they are doing better health wise. I am trying to convince some of my clients to try the sauna treatments with a natural herb for nicotine withdrawal..so far no takers..but am working at it. Also a naturopathic doctor in Listowel is supporting the sauna treatment and has encouraged his clients (who are also my clients) to continue with the sauna. Anyway, if I can be of any other use...let me know as I am always glad to share my findings.

approximately 10 days now. We are enjoying the sessions for two reasons:
we are spending quality time together. Every day we look forward to that
session. Our well-being has greatly improved.
We
began our sessions for 15-minute periods. We are now at the 30-minute
sessions. We remain in the sauna after it closes for approximately 5
minutes.
Without
any effort, I have lost 4 pounds. My goal is to lose a total of
another 14 pounds.
The
only regret I have is that when the sauna automatically closes, the music stops.

Hello Gerry.
Just dropping you a line to let you know I received my sauna at 9A.M. this morning. The set up was a breeze by 12 it was set up and had gone through a 60 minute first run. It will likely take me just as long to cut up all the cardboard it came packed in for recycle. My daughter stepped in during the first run and said it wasn't hot enough. After the first run she decided to try it out and could only handle 30 minuets. Thanks for your great service.

Hi Gerry and Patty,
I thought I would drop you a line and let you know how things are going. I certainly have had a lot of USE out of the Sauna. In total I have calculated over 800 treatments in that unit... if not more...I personally use it 3-5 times a week. My boys use it and now my husband is using it maybe once a week.
Professionally, I can say I seen some very promising improvements with people's health...especially respiratory; bronchial/asthma/allergies/sinuses/ etc., which there is a lot of in Southwestern Ontario.
Pain reduction for old injuries/Menopausal symptoms (especially hot flashes diminishing)
Personally, I like the stress reduction response to the treatment...my schedule has been very busy with 20-30 clients a week.... I always look forward to a sauna after a busy day. I believe it has really helped keep me injury free in the last 1 1/2 years.
One thing I started doing is supplementing my client's with a mineral supplement after their treatment. I feel it is my moral obligation to at least replace the minerals they may have lost during a sauna treatment, especially if they produce a lot of sweat. I was telling my clients to supplement after they leave, but not knowing what they did once they left my office was a different story. I want them to reap all the benefits of the treatment, and not the downside of mineral loss.
I personally started getting muscle cramping as I was lapsed at supplementing myself after a treatment.
Also, a great story is how I shaved 9 minutes off my annual CN Tower Climb for the World Wildlife Federation. It’s a charity event. I haven't done it for five years...and I really left like I had better lung capacity for those 1900 steps!! And low and behold when I got to the top my time was the best in all the 4 years that I climbed!! So sauna treatments definitely work on the cardio vascular system!!

Finally got the missing parts in 2 separate packages after Christmas and got the sauna completed very quickly after. (I thought after that maybe the parts were lifted when the sauna was in the hallway in my condo waiting to be brought into the suite?)
Anyway I haven't even connected the radio yet but I am enjoying the sauna immensely. My condo is under renovation and the smell of paints and glue really dissipate for me when I go in the sauna. I come out feeling so much better. No headache and my muscles are relaxed and happy.
